A 50-year-old man was arrested on charges he indecently assaulted three of his employees at a city music store.
City police said the man groped the women and made inappropriate remarks while they were working at a record store.
The first woman told police she was working at the cash register when he approached her from behind, wrapped his arms around her and grabbed her breasts.
He then allegedly pulled down her pants and fondled her. When she told him to stop, she said he allegedly told her, "You can't say no."
The second woman told police he attempted to assault her while paying her for work at the store. She reported to police that he called her into his office and grabbed her as he handed over her $54 salary.
She told him "no," walked out of the office and began stocking CDs. He then allegedly came up behind her, slid his hands under her shirt and groped her breasts.
Later that day, he allegedly grabbed her by her hair and rubbed up against her. She told police he walked away when a customer entered but returned several minutes later, put his hand down her pants, and fondled her buttocks.
The third victim reported he repeatedly touched her while she worked at the shop during an entire month. She told police she endured daily poking and pinching.
He allegedly told her she would "make an excellent slut" and that she should wear a French maid's outfit while mopping the floor.
The victim told police she feared further abuse from the man and began to change her appearance to deflect his attention before she finally quit her job.
He was arraigned on two counts of indecent assault, three counts of harassment and one count each of aggravated indecent assault, indecent exposure and stalking. He was committed to prison in lieu of $115,000 bail.
