Cops: Man had sex with daughter since she was 10

A man was charged with six offenses including incest, statutory sexual assault and unlawful contact with a minor.
Police responded late one night to a report of a sexual assault at a 37-year-old man’s home. Police were told that the man had been having sexual relations with his daughter, now 19, regularly since she was 10 years old.
Police gave the following account of the incident leading to the arrest:
The accused's 16-year-old daughter came home to find the man and his older daughter having sexual intercourse on her parents' bed. He then apologized and begged the daughter not to tell her mother.
When confronted by his wife, the man admitted having intercourse with his daughter. He later acknowledged having sexual intercourse with his older daughter "three or four times over the last six months."
He was also charged with endangering welfare of children, indecent assault and corruption of minors.
The judge set bail at $100,000. If the man can post bail, he is ordered to have no contact with the victim. |
